March 2 - March 22, 2020. “Healthy Eating”. This month you are asked to choose your own healthier eating food-based challenge. Choose from being vegan, eliminating added sugar, eating five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, or eliminating junk food and fast food. It’s up to you!
